		<description><![CDATA[Now that the holidays are here, Twelpforce is failing massively from an operational standpoint.  They can&#039;t take any personal information, so they can&#039;t comment on your customer service issue.  They can only refer you to Twelpforce@bestbuy.com, for which they are now quoting 48-72 hour turnaround time at best.  Or they can send you to the 1-888-BestBuy phone number, where hold times are frequently exceeding 30 minutes.  Twelpforce&#039;s stock reply is &quot;sorry, we are VERY busy.&quot;  Your lack of planning now becomes my emergency?  No, I&#039;m shopping online this Christmas.]]></description>
